Nothing beats a curry on a cold day. This one-pot, do-it-all, warming dal, is packed full of flavour. It’s spiced with ginger, garlic, coriander, turmeric and balanced out with creamy lentils. Rich in essential nutrients, dal promotes skin health, with a dose of dietary fibre to regulate blood sugar spikes. One of our founders, Toby, lived in South India and longs for food from the region. This was our best attempt to satisfy those cravings.
